With a passion for teaching, and a personal mission to help prevent heart-related deaths in the community, Denise Harris founded in 2019 Healing Hearts Safety Services, LLC, based in Pontiac, Michigan. After losing her father to a fatal heart attack and her brother to an overdose, Denise, who has dedicated 21 years to her daily work as a registered nurse, was inspired to educate and empower others to learn life-saving skills to prevent tragedies from happening to their loved ones.

 

Healing Hearts Safety Services seeks to educate the community we serve by providing various training courses, including First Aid, CPR/AED, Basic Life Support (BLS), and others, that meet participants where they are, ensuring they have the skills necessary to respond in emergency situations. Our training courses cater to people from all backgrounds, including those seeking basic to advanced life-saving skills, child care providers and healthcare professionals.
